Utah Avalanche Center + Converge: Know Before You Go
Join Converge Physical Therapy and the Utah Avalanche Center for a Know Before You Go on Friday January 23rd
The Know Before You Go series with the UAC offers an approachable and informative intro to everything you need to be safe in the mountains this winter. Converge and UAC friend and ski guru, Beth Lopez, will go over how to check the avalanche forecast, what safety gear you need, how to avoid avalanches, and more!
PLUS! Our Strength and Conditioning Coach will provide you with a 15-Minute Tailgate Mobility Warm Up and our Registered Dietitian will cover how to fuel during long ski days in the mountains.
Whether you're a skier, split-boarder, winter trail runner, or snowshoer- come join us! This is a FREE event! Though we strongly encourage a donation to the UAC to support all that they do.
