Have you ever felt lost in the constant bombardment from outside opinions and do’s and don’ts when it comes to nutrition? Are you unsure about which strategy is going to work best for you?

Meet Colleen, Converge’s Registered Dietitian. Colleen takes a tailored approach to nutrition and strongly believes that every individual is unique in their physiology and background. There is no “one size fits all” approach when working with Colleen. Her goal is to empower people to discover and listen to their own body intuition while using sustainable practices so they can make informed decisions for themselves. Colleen is passionate about educating people on how to nourish their body in a way that feels authentic and realistic, so you can confidently play without limits!

A woman hiking in the mountains with a smile, wearing a hat, sunglasses, a green shirt, black shorts, carrying a blue backpack, and holding trekking poles, with rocky terrain and mountain peaks in the background under a clear blue sky.
A joyful woman jumping in a mountain landscape with snow-capped peaks, green forests, and a partly cloudy blue sky.

Common Misconception:

“Nutrition is all about some new quick fix,

bio hack, diet, or restricting calories.”

Not quite! Nutrition is SO much more than that. Food is SO much more than that. it’s not just the physical act of eating, it’s our relationship with food, social determinants of health, clinical background, behavior patterns, mindfulness and more. Colleen’s approach to nutrition often involves having clients add tot heir daily nourishment, not taking away from it.
