More About the Snack Pack
The snack pack is designed for new clients who are looking for individualized nutrition therapy and education unique to their needs and lifestyle. *Package offered one time only for new nutrition clients.
Includes:
Initial 90-minute Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment This initial session is highly individualized and specific to your unique nutrition needs. During this session I gather a comprehensive history from you, including: dietary intake, behaviors and relationship toward food and nutrition, relevant medical and clinical history, physical activity, and more. After gathering a unique picture of you as the individual, we'll create 1-3 goals or behavior changes to work on together.
X2 45-Minute Follow Up Sessions Occurs every 3-4 weeks after the Initial Assessment. These sessions are designed to check in on current goals, provide support and continuing nutrition education, navigate and adapt to barriers, and create new goals as needed.
