We’re Hiring!

Converge has entered an exciting chapter.

After years of operating in (respectfully) the smallest physical space, we finally have a clinic of our own. Years of dreams have gone into this new location. We have four new clinic rooms, a brand new gym, complete with a climbing wall. We finally have the space to expand, and here we are…expanding!

Converge is currently a team of four - two physical therapists, Dr. Amy (owner) and Dr. Jo, a certified strength coach, Alyssa, and our behind the scenes person, Syd. This is a team that is dedicated to growing Converge into the vision that we have planned, and we’re excited to bring somebody new into the mix. Our culture is open, collaborative, very human, and lots of fun. We’re all individuals stoked to work hard together and build this business together.

We’re looking for somebody who can join us where we’re at, and grow with us. We’re looking for a physical therapist who is exceedingly competent, curious, and caring. We are a cash-based practice, which means, the care we provide to our patients isn’t dictated by what an insurance company will pay us. We believe that this model produces the best quality of care, but it also means, we have to go out and find our clients. We’re looking for a physical therapist that is willing to hustle to fill their schedule, to work with the rest of the Converge team to identify ways to get our name out there.

Could that be you? Send a note and your resume to Syd at info@convergept.com. Don’t wait! We’re hiring fast.

Job Description: Physical therapist

Background

Converge Physical Therapy is a unique, woman-led clinic located in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley. We are a small team of professionals committed to providing client care that is both empathetic and evidence-based.

Converge’s purpose is to enable all identities and ages to play without limits. We strive not only to treat but to empower our clients through a comprehensive approach that includes physical therapy, strength training, and, soon, nutritional guidance.

We are deeply involved with the mountain athlete communities within Salt Lake and are committed to being recognized as trusted experts in these circles. By operating on a cash-based model, we ensure that our treatment plans are tailored to patient needs rather than restricted by insurance guidelines.

Converge was founded by Amy Fruge in 2020, and humbly operated out of a small, shared space. Despite humble beginnings, Amy quickly earned a strong reputation, winning Best Physical Therapist in Salt Lake less than two years after opening. As of April 2024, Converge moved into its first dedicated facility, boasting sunlit treatment rooms, a spacious gym space, complete with a bouldering wall. This move marks the beginning of a concerted effort to grow Converge’s reach by expanding our team and services.
