WEEK 1!!

We’re so, so excited to kick off this new season with y’all. We have about half returning members from prior seasons, and half new people!

Welcome everybody!

Here’s some details for the new season!

Clothing & Shoes
Wear anything you feel great working out in—that’s what we’ll be doing! Lace-up sneakers are a must. Some folks might lift barefoot in the gym, but not always—come prepared for both. As the weather warms up, we’ll also do portions of our workout OUTSIDE!

NEW MEMBERS
If you’ve never been to Converge, or if it’s been a while, we’ll need to get a card on file the first day of class. Please allot a few minutes before or after class to get with either Sydney, Amy, Alyssa or Colleen to provide card information.

Class Location
Most sessions will be held in Converge’s gym. Later in the season, we may occasionally meet elsewhere, like a park!—we’ll give you a heads-up via email or text if so.

When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to set your stuff down, catch a word with the other attendees, etc. Classes are only an hour, and our coaches have a lot to fit within that time! Do your best to be ready at the start of class!

Season 3 kicks off :

Alpine Strength Series is billed $159/mo on the following dates:

  • April 1, 2025

  • May 1, 2025

  • June 1, 2025

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have to miss a class?

No problem! Life happens! On your first day, you’ll receive your official Alpine Strength Series Logbook. If you’re missing a class, you can follow the logbook’s guidance from wherever you are. Need help subbing exercises? Just ask Alyssa or Colleen!

Can I attend a different time than I signed up for?
Your registered class time is your home base. That said, if you need to swap for a one-off and someone else lets us know they’ll be absent, we may be able to fit you in. Space is limited, but don’t hesitate to ask! Ask your instructors, or email info@convergept.com.

What should I wear?

❌ Need to Cancel?

We ask for a 3-month commitment to the Alpine Strength Series for a few key reasons:

  1. The program is designed to build progressively over three months.

  2. That’s the minimum window we believe is needed to deliver real, meaningful strength gains—and we want you to get what you came for.

  3. It helps us plan and keep the quality high for everyone.

Leaving early can interrupt your own progress (which we hate to see!), and even if we fill your spot, it means someone is jumping in midstream—not ideal.

That said, we totally get that life happens. If you need to cancel early:

  • Email Syd at info@convergept.com as soon as you can.

  • If we hear from you at least one week before your next billing date, we can cancel your upcoming payment and do our best to fill your spot.
