Prep and build strength for whatever you are getting into this summer; running, climbing, biking, hiking, walking the dog, lounging in the sun, pool with the kids.

What you get:

12-Week Duration: We’re here to achieve real, measurable results, and those don’t happen overnight. For that reason, we run this program in 3-month seasons.

2x Weekly Small-Group Classes: Programmed and led by pros. 60 minutes of intentionally programmed movement and strength building. Enough to help you achieve real results, while not leaving you too sore or exhausted to get out there and enjoy the sport you love.

Expert Guidance: No experience lifting? No Problem. Our classes sizes are small enough for you to get the individual attention you need to excel.

Discounted Care: Converge is a multifaceted clinic, offering services in physical therapy and nutrition in addition to our gym. Any initial PT or Nutrition appointments you make during your Alpine Strength Series Season will be discounted 10%.

Alyssa Bloomquist, M.Ed, CSCS

Alyssa takes a no-nonsense, periodized approach to programming, which means each workout builds on the skills and strengths of the previous. Alyssa designed the programming for SNOW PREP, and is the coach for most classes.

Alyssa loves introducing folks to strength training, so even if you have no experience —show up!

Colleen challenges the way we’ve all thought about and approached nutrition, taking a personalized, weight neutral approach for her clients.

Through one-on-one counseling she’ll work with you to develop goals and tactics around your fueling.

Colleen is also a certified strength coach, and leads some of the strength sessions!
