Build Full-Body Strength to Achieve Your Goals
Whatever your sportโclimbing, hiking, trail-running, mountain bikingโGetting stronger is the key to better performance, longevity, and injury prevention.
What you get:
12-Week Duration: Weโre here to achieve real, measurable results, and those donโt happen overnight. For that reason, we run this program in 3-month seasons.
2x Weekly Small-Group Classes: Programmed and led by pros. 60 minutes of intentionally programmed movement and strength building. Enough to help you achieve real results, while not leaving you too sore or exhausted to get out there and enjoy the sport you love.
Expert Guidance: No experience lifting? No Problem. Our classes sizes are small enough for you to get the individual attention you need to excel.
Discounted Care: Converge is a multifaceted clinic, offering services in physical therapy and nutrition in addition to our gym. Any PT appointments you make during your Alpine Strength Series Season will be discounted 10% and Nutrition Counseling will be discounted 20%.

I thought Nutrition was included?
Nutrition is an essential piece of training. You can be consistent in your lifting and endurance work on the trails, but if youโre not nourishing your body with not only enough food but the right types of food then youโre not meeting your potential.
In our first two seasons, nutrition clinics and counseling with our Registered Dietitian, Colleen Shields, were integrated into the program. Since many of our participants have returned for multiple seasons, we wanted to avoid repeating content theyโve already covered. This season, nutrition services will be an optional add-onโallowing each athlete to tailor their experience to their needs.
For new participants, we strongly recommend taking advantage of this option to maximize your training results. Alpine Strength Series membersโboth new and returningโreceive 20% off nutrition counseling. Our introductory 3-visit Snack Pack can be added at checkout when you register for class.

Alyssa Hernke, M.Ed, CSCS
Alyssa takes a no-nonsense, periodized approach to programming, which means each workout builds on the skills and strengths of the previous. Alyssa designed the programming for SNOW PREP, and is the coach for most classes.
Alyssa loves introducing folks to strength training, so even if you have no experience โshow up!
Colleen Shields, Registered Dietitan
Colleen challenges the way weโve all thought about and approached nutrition, taking a personalized, weight neutral approach for her clients.
Through one-on-one counseling sheโll work with you to develop goals and tactics around your fueling.
Colleen is also a certified strength coach, and leads some of the strength sessions!

Nope! While this is a group class, it's still your class. Our coaches will help you to progress on your own terms with individualized adjustments and feedback. Classes are friendly for all levels

Weโll ask you to commit to one of our two time-slots: Mon/Wed at 5pm or Tue/Thur at 7:30am. However, we know that life happens! Check with your coach if you need to attend on one of the other days, and if there is room, weโll make it work!

Drats! We understand that schedules can be tricky. While these class times are set, weโre committed to offering similar programs in the future and may add additional times based on demand.
